Identity Verification (Access Authorization)
Personnel arrive at the gate channel and conduct identity verification via card, face recognition or fingerprint. The system automatically retrieves the personnel's ESD permission and scheduling information, and unauthorized personnel are prohibited from entering.
ESD Detection (Mandatory Interception)
After verification, the system instructs personnel to conduct ESD protection testing:
• Wrist Strap Test: Insert into the tester to check if the grounding resistance is within 750KΩ – 10MΩ.
• Foot Wear Test: Stand on the metal electrode plate to detect whether the person-shoe-ground system resistance meets the standard.
Air Shower Cleaning (Purification Startup)
After passing ESD detection, the entrance gate opens automatically. Personnel enter the air shower room, and the front and rear doors are interlocked (to prevent air convection). Infrared induction triggers high-speed clean air flow (≥20m/s) to spray the human body from multiple angles for 10-15 seconds. It is forbidden to open the door forcibly during the shower, and the system can only be unlocked after the countdown.
Gate Release (Enter Workshop)
After the air shower, the exit gate opens automatically and personnel enter the core EPA production area. The system automatically records "staff number + time + ESD result + entry event" and uploads it to the server for archiving.
